More than 25 colleges, universities, apprenticeship providers and local businesses will convene at Cuff Hall on 7 June from 10am to 2pm for our inaugural Careers Expo.
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about tertiary and vocational pathways and to assist students in selecting subjects for Years 11 and 12.
Students in Years 10 to 12 can use the event to meet one-on-one with experts from education and training institutions and investigate the practical steps required to achieve their career goals.
Students from Years 6 to 12 will attend the Expo with their year groups as below.
- Year 6 from 12pm to 1pm
- Year 7 from10am to 10:30am
- Year 8 from 10am to 10:30am
- Year 9 from 10:30am to 11am
- Year 10 from 11:10am to 12:10pm
- Year 11 from 1pm to 2pm
- Year 12 from 1 pm to 2pm
Careers Expo exhibitors include local and interstate universities, vocational training colleges, employer associations as well as relevant support and facilitation organisations.
Also exhibiting are representatives from the State’s key education, training and employment organisations and tertiary training entities from around the country, along with some of the Blue Mountains’ most iconic tourism and hospitality businesses.
