Wentworth Falls Junior School Campus

The Wentworth Falls Junior School campus is located on Matcham Road, removed from the noise and busyness of the Great Western Highway providing students with a wonderful environment in which to learn, grow and play.

The campus is adjacent to the Senior School and is surrounded by sporting fields and extensive grounds.

The campus is a 10-minute walk to Wentworth Falls Station, Wilson Park and the entry to Blue Mountains National Park.

The Blue Mountains Grammar School Bus Service collects students from the Upper and Lower Blue Mountains to bring them to campus in the mornings and return them again in the afternoon.

At our Wentworth Falls Junior School Campus, classrooms are modern, welcoming and designed to enhance the daily interactions between students, teachers and parents.

The campus has a specialist STEM classroom where children are encouraged to develop skills related to coding, robotics, engineering and mechanics.

A fully-equipped professional kitchen allows our students to learn about nutrition, cooking and food science.

Coote Hall is our performance space and assembly hall and is equipped with a professional sound system and stage lighting.

The students also have access to all the Senior School facilities including the Performing Arts Centre, Climbing Gym and Sports Centre.

The school garden is where children learn how to grow plants from seeds, take care of growing plants, and then harvest the food they helped to grow, giving them hands-on experience in food science and sustainability.

The Wentworth Falls Junior School campus has a well-resourced library with books, computers, video screen and learning materials that support our curriculum and develop students’ literacy skills through learning activities.

There are also quiet reading spaces designed to support children’s reading experiences and develop independent reading skills.

Blue Mountains Grammar School has in-house staff who provide out-of-hours care on campus.

After-hours school care is available from 3pm to 5:30pm.

Holiday care programs are also available.
