The Winter Ball is a long-standing Blue Mountains Grammar tradition and a highly anticipated event in the school calendar each year. Students and their families will enjoy a wonderful night of dancing and fun.

Tickets

This year, the Winter Ball will be held at the Grand Ballroom, at the Fairmont Resort in Leura.

The ticket price, of $160 per person, includes champagne on arrival and a three-course a la carte dinner. If you are making group bookings, please be advised that the tables will only accommodate ten (10) guests. If you have more than ten guests who you would like to attend in your group, we will place your additional guests at an adjacent table. For those who are not arranging a table of guests, we will arrange seating for you, or you could nominate those with whom you would like to be seated.

Please note that guests who have a Year 11 student participating in the Ball, their ticket is to be included as one of the tickets in your booking, however, they will be seated separately from guests, at student tables.

Under the Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations, please be advised that this event is only open to guests 16 years and over. If you wish to bring a guest aged between 16 to 18 years, please contact the School prior to making your online booking.

Time

Parents, guests and friends are to arrive at the Lobby adjacent to the Ballroom between 6.30pm and 6.45pm for a champagne reception.

The doors to the Ballroom will open at 6.45pm and we would ask that all guests are seated by 7.00pm for the event to commence.
